Syntax Interface 2013: Celebrating 15 years

This Saturday was an unforgettable one for all the people who were/are involved with Syntax. We all celebrated Syntax's 15th birthday with a handful of inspiring talks and then dinner up on the roof with some awesome music, and of course, company.

To many, many years to come, happy birthday Syntax.

On the sunny side.

Hope you're having a wonderful time in the sun... If you're stuck indoors, well... you know you do have a very good excuse to escape the office (even if only for a tad bit).

Yislamoo interview.

I know I've been probably annoying anyone reading my blog with all my recent interviews, but I promise I will be posting new work soon...

Meanwhile, check out Yislamoo's interview with me for another upcoming greeting card, here.

Hope this year brings joy and success to all you guys!

One of my first.

While rummaging through an old drawer, I found this piece of paper that I did in nursery. Green and red were always a favorite (still are).

My interview on Slanted Mansion.

I was ecstatic when Siobahn came over a few months ago to interview me for her personal project Slanted Mansion...

Here are some of the photos she took. For full interview go here.

The night of the Portrait.

Last Friday was The Studio's "Portrait" exhibit... I just love that place, it feels like I'm back in highschool again every time I'm there (in a good way).

If you're in the city (amman) go and check it out, it'll be up for another week.

With my sweet Jumanji and Zeina

Can't remember who's painting this was, or the one below (oops)

And a detail from Sandra Dajani's painting...

P.S. One person who would have been the first in line to support me is my dear Isra', but she's out there somewhere doing something that makes me really proud of her instead... Good luck with your journey isgha2o xx
