Yesterday I was planning on making lasagna until I discovered that we were *almost* out of lasagna, but I knew we had plenty of spaghetti, so I improvised my way into making the love-child of Mr. Lasagna and Mrs Spaghetti:

I know this post is over a year old, but I came across it yesterday, and have been thinking about it ever since. Gosh! It looks so good (the second photo is all about tastiness and cuteness!). That was absolutely a happy accident (for you to have run out of lasagna and for me to have seen this post).
And, how about "Spaghagna" (spa-gan-ya)? Or, you know what, Garfield won't mind it either way ;)
Looking at this now reminds me of how good it tasted...yeah (not to brag) but it was a happy, tasty accident :)
Spaghagna or Laspaghetti? we should hold a name-rally on that!
